Julianne was born on November
10, 1965 in Queens, New York. A good gymnast on all events, she was best
known for her work on UB. During her career, she was coached by Dick and
Linda Mulvihill at the National Academy of Artistic Gymnastics in Oregon, by Don
Peters at SCATS in California, and by Bela Karolyi at his club in Texas.
After the 1984 Olympics, Julianne attended UCLA and had a recurring role as a
perky cheerleader on the sitcom "Charles in Charge." Julianne
married her college sweetheart Todd Zeile, a professional baseball player who
retired in 2004. They divorced in early 2015. The couple have four children: three sons (Garrett, Ian, and Aaron) and one daughter
(Hannah, who currently stars on the NBC TV show "This Is Us").
